Delivery Information

Our order cut-off point for all delivery services is 3pm, we aim to despatch all orders placed before this time on the same working day, however due to the amount of orders placed sometimes this is not always possible. Orders placed after 3pm will be treated, for the purpose of delivery, as having been placed the next working day, which excludes Saturday & Sunday.

Working days are classed as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 3pm on Friday may be processed over the weekend but will not be despatched until Monday.

Delivery Costs:

UK First Class Standard Delivery - Untracked Royal Mail: £1.99

Generally delivered within 2-3 working days, however, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be received.

UK First Class Signed For Royal Mail Delivery: £2.99

Generally delivered within 2-3 working days, however, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be received. Orders require a signature upon delivery.

UK Special Delivery - Tracked Royal Mail: £6.99

Orders placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday with this service, will be delivered before 1pm the next working day. When ordering Special Delivery after 3.00pm the order will be despatched the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be despatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Special Delivery is not guaranteed on a Saturday, although items are successfully delivered the majority of the time.

Some delivery services require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you. For tracked services, you may designate a safe place to leave the item, which is at your own risk.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you.

We may at our discretion, upgrade the postage option for orders of significant value or heavy items, we will not charge you any extra postage fees for this.

We may provide your telephone number and/or e-mail address to the nominated courier for tracking purposes and for them to notify you of an approximate delivery time.
